For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, 701 REAL ESTATE designates the following data as the responsibility of:
PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED
701 REAL ESTATE will collect the personal data necessary for the formalization of the type of real estate product or rental that you request or require; this list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
701 REAL ESTATE may collect your: name; address; date of birth; country of birth; nationality; occupation; profession; commercial or business activity; phone numbers; Unique Population Registry Code (CURP); Federal Taxpayer Registry Code (RFC), etc.
It is important to mention that 701 REAL ESTATE, as a duly established real estate company, must also collect from you the data necessary to comply with the applicable legal provisions for the prevention and detection of acts, omissions, or transactions that could favor, assist, aid, or cooperate in any way in the commission of the crimes provided for in Articles 139 or 148 Bis of the Federal Penal Code, or that could fall under the provisions of Article 400 Bis of the same Code, as well as those established in the Asset Forfeiture Law. Additionally, for products such as properties acquired on credit or rentals, 701 REAL ESTATE is required to request additional data that allows it to assess payment feasibility, using an analysis based on quantitative and qualitative information to establish your creditworthiness and payment capacity for purposes of processing your personal data.
The personal data collected by 701 REAL ESTATE will be used for the operation and registration of the products or services you have contracted, as well as to offer you, if applicable, other real estate or rental products from 701 REAL ESTATE or any of its affiliates, branches, associates, agents, or companies that are part of 701 REAL ESTATE, and to send you promotions of other goods or services related to the aforementioned products.
PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER
701 REAL ESTATE may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties that provide the services necessary for its proper operation, as well as to its affiliates, branches, associates, agents, or companies that are part of it. In these cases, we inform you that 701 REAL ESTATE will take the necessary measures to ensure that those who have access to your personal data comply with the privacy policy, as well as with the principles of personal data protection established by law. The data to be disclosed by the data subject will include all information necessary for the responsible party to offer the relevant real estate or rental product, operation, or service.
The data processing carried out by the responsible party includes the evaluation, analysis, use, handling, utilization, transfer, disposition, storage, access, and any other analogous actions (including the proper destruction of documents when it is not necessary to store them) that are required for the responsible party to offer the data subject a real estate or rental product, operation, and/or service in compliance with its respective corporate purpose.
Furthermore, the data subject accepts and authorizes the responsible party to transmit the data and information provided by the data subject to any third party with whom the responsible party has, or may subsequently enter into, a legal or business relationship. The transfer of data to these third parties will be limited to allowing them to make offers to the data subject regarding the products and services they provide within the scope of their corporate purpose. These third parties will be notified of the content of this Privacy Notice and will be obligated to comply with its terms and limitations.
